From old player they said that basic strategies are simple to master and can help me win. I should know when to hit, stay or stand. When I stay or stand it means that I am satisfied with what is in my hand and would like to keep it. My goal is to get close as possible to 21 without busting and a hand that is higher than that of the dealer. Hitting means I am asking the dealer to deal another card, increasing the value of my hand.

Learning about blackjack strategies is not enough, it should incorporate money management and discipline too. Also, I should know how to get through the bad times as well as the good. It should always be remembered that blackjack strategy is designed to help us win and avoid situations when we are unable to play to our true potential.
